The majority of the calls we receive are for repairs that are caused by pets. We have seen damage where dogs literally dug a hole in the carpet, tearing through the carpet in the carpet pad. We are certified to install new carpet padding as well as repairing the top layer of carpet. Customers also contact us when their cat claws the carpet, leaving it frayed and not presentable.
